Application of diversity management in a selected company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci diversity managementu ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je navrhnout doporučení a efektivně jej implementovat do firemní kultury. Na začátku jsou vymezeny a popsány nejdůležitější pojmy týkající se dané problematiky. Následně jsou pomocí kvantitativního a kvalitativního šetření vyhodnoceny odpovědi respondentů. Je také provedena statistická analýza dat v závislosti na pocitu důležitosti dotazovaných pro firmu. Po analýze dat jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení oblasti diversity managementu ve společnosti, jsou vyčísleny náklady a vypsány přínosy návrhů pro firmu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the application of diversity management in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to propose recommendations and effectively implement them into the company's culture. At the beginning, the most important concepts relating to this issue are defined and described. Then, the responses of the respondents are evaluated using quantitative and qualitative surveys. A statistical analysis of the data is also carried out depending on the interviewees' sense of importance for the company. After analyzing the data, recommendations for improving the area of diversity management in the company are proposed, the costs are calculated, and the benefits of the proposals for the company are listed.
