The improvement of Trainee program of General Health Insurance Company ČR in the content of employer branding.

Abstract:

Hlavní cílem práce byla identifikace nejvýznamnějších faktorů, které nevíce ovlivňují celkovou spokojenost studentů s pracovními stážemi. Účelem zjištění, bylo zlepšení současného Trainee programu Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny ČR. Použitím dotazníkového šetření byly u studentů zjištěny míry očekávání, reálných zkušeností a celkové spokojenosti se stáží (n = 133). Rozdíl mezi očekáváním a skutečností prokázal, že studenti nejvíce postrádají určitou míru zodpovědnosti, rozhodování a smysluplné práci. Za použití faktorové analýzy a následně mnohonásobné regresní analýzy, byly identifikovány faktory s největším dopadem na celkovou spokojenost. Výsledky ukazují, že nevětší dopad na spokojenost studentů má vliv nadřízeného a pracovního prostředí. Dále též poskytování dostatečných příležitostí k prohlubování dovedností a praktických zkušeností. Na základě výsledků byl zkonstruován nový Trainee program pro VZP, který má zajistit vyšší kvalitu programu a tím i spokojenost studentů.

Abstract:

The main aim of the work was to identify the most significant factors that most influence the overall satisfaction of students with internships. The purpose of the findings was to enhance the current Trainee program of the General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic. Using a questionnaire survey, students expectations, real experiences and overall satisfaction with the internship degrees were found (n = 133). The difference between expectations and reality has shown that students most lack a certain degree of responsibility, decision-making and meaningful work. Using factor analysis followed by multiple regression analysis, the factors with the greatest impact on overall satisfaction were identified. The results show that the greatest impact on student's satisfaction has the influence of superior and the work environment. Furthermore, providing sufficient opportunities to deepen skills and practical experiences. Based on the results, a new Trainee program for VZP was constructed, which is to ensure a higher quality of the program and thus student satisfaction.
