Economic crimes and their impact on society
Abstract:
Obsah této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodářských trestných činů v České republice. Teoretická část zahrnuje informace týkající se trestního práva a hospodářských trestných činů získané z odborné literatury. V praktické části jsou hospodářské trestné činy porovnávány s ekonomickými a sociálními ukazateli.
Abstract:
The content of this work is focuses on the analysis of economic crimes in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part includes information from literature relating to criminal law and economic crimes. In the practical part are economic crimes compared with economic and social indicators.
