Abstract:
Tato rigorózní práce pojednává o veřejné podpoře v oblasti dopravy. Obsah lze obecně rozdělit do tří oddílů. V první části se zabývám definicí pojmu veřejná podpora a vymezením jejich jednotlivých definičních znaků. Také představuji nejčastější formy veřejné podpory a otázku slučitelnosti veřejné podpory s vnitřním trhem. Pro usnadnění dalšího výkladu je do této části zařazen i krátký exkurz o službách …more

This thesis deals with state aid in the transport sector. Content of the thesis can be generally divided into three sections. The first part deals with the notion of state aid and definition of their respective characters.
