Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of Italian gastronomy in Prague. In the theoretical and methodological part I characterize Italian gastronomy, Italian regions, and selected dishes. In the analytical part I deal with a personal survey and a questionnaire, and also expert interviews. I used methods of collecting primary data, descriptions, comparisons, and data analysis. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analýza talianskej gastronómie v Prahe. V teoreticko – metodologickej časti charakterizujem taliansku gastronómiu, oblasti Talianska, vybrané pokrmy. V analytickej časti sa venujem osobnému a dotazníkovému šetreniu, expertným rozhovorom. Použila som metódy zberu primárnych dát, deskripcie, komparácie a analýza dát.
