Bakalářská práce „Leasing v pořizování investičního majetku“ se člení na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zabývá jednotlivými způsoby financování pořizování investičního majetku s důrazem na financování úvěrem a leasingem s tím, že následně uvádí některé způsoby jejich srovnání. The bachelor' thesis „Leasing in purchasing investment property“ consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part addresses different forms of financing of purchasing investment property, while emphasis is laid on financing by loan and leasing, and eventually some of the methods of their comparission are introduced.
