Determination of textile qualities using a multiaxial tenseness.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením mechanických vlastností netkané textilie používané pro tvarové lisování za tepla. Ze zjištěných základních mechanických vlastností byl vytvořen simulační model materiálu, pomocí kterého bylo následně zjišťováno chování materiálu při namáhání. V rešeršní části jsou uvedeny různé typy mechanických zkoušek, které jsou blízké namáhání materiálu při jeho zpracování. Dále byla navržena metoda zkoušení materiálu, která byla vyhodnocena dle deformace vzorku na základě čtvercové sítě nanesené na textilii. Tato síť byla nanesena na materiál před zkouškou a zkoumá se deformace jednotlivých prvků sítě v průběhu zkoušení. Protože tato metoda nepodává vyčerpávající informace o mechanických vlastnostech materiálu, byl pro důkladnější analýzu materiálu vytvořen model řešený pomocí metody konečných prvků (MKP). Z údajů, které byly získány ze simulací, již bylo možné získat relevantní výsledky pro další posouzení a získat tak konkrétní informace o dějích probíhajících při namáhání materiálu. Takto navržený model umožní např. simulaci tvarovacího procesu a případnou optimalizaci materiálových vlastností netkané textilie používané pro výrobu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the determination of mechanical properties of non-woven fabrics used for hot shape pressing. From ascertained basic mechanical properties has been created a simulation model of the material, which was then used to investigate its behavior in high strain. The research section discusses the various types of mechanical tests that are close to the material strain during processing. A method of testing material has been proposed and was evaluated according to the deformation of the sample based on a square grid deposited on the fabric. Material behavior in the experimental part is evaluated by the mentioned grid. This grid has been applied to the material before the test and the deformation of the individual elements of the grid is investigated during the testing. Since this method does not provide thorough information about the mechanical properties of the material a model using finite element method (FEM) was created for a detailed analysis of the material.
