Geography fieldwork at grammar school - structure and subsequent

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a následným ověřením terénní výuky zeměpisu na gymnáziu. Terénní výuka je situována do centrální oblasti Krušných hor, konkrétně do Jáchymova a Hřebečné a je zaměřena na geologii, a především hornictví v těchto oblastech. Součástí práce je rozbor literatury na téma terénní výuky a regionální informace týkající se geologie a těžby v zájmovém území. Součástí práce je i pracovní list, metodický list pro učitele a test na ověření znalostí žáků, které jsou navrženy pro tuto konkrétní terénní výuku. Pomocí výzkumných metod byly potvrzeny hypotézy. Hlavní zjištění práce vycházející z hypotéz je, že terénní výuka baví žáky více než výuka ve třídě a žáci si při terénní výuce osvojili základní znalosti z daného tématu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the structure and subsequent validation of geography fieldwork at a grammar school. The fieldwork is situated in the central area of the Ore Mountains (Krušné hory Mountains), specifically in Jáchymov and Hřebečná and is focused on geology, especially on mining in these areas. The thesis consists of an literature analysis on the topic of fieldwork and regional infrormation concerning geology and mining in the area of interest. Included are components such as a worksheet for students, a methodical sheet for the teacher and test to verify the knowledge of the pupils, which are devised for this particular fieldwork. Using research methods, the hypotheses were confirmed. The main findings of the thesis based on hypotheses are that fieldwork is more enjoyable for the pupils than classroom teaching, and they have acquired basic knowledge about the subject matter.
