The Influence of Physical Activities on Mental Health Care in Managers
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá péčí o duševní zdraví lidí pracujících na manažerských pozicích z teoretického i praktického hlediska. Výsledkem této práce bylo vytvoření obecných doporučení z oblasti duševní hygieny, kterými by se měli lidé na vedoucích pozicích řídit, aby si udrželi své duševní zdraví a efektivita jejich práce byla na vysoké úrovni.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis discusses theoretical and practical concerns in the mental health care of individuals holding managerial positions. The result of this thesis was the setting of general recommendations which should be observed by people working in managerial positions in order to maintain their mental health and high efficacy of their work.
