Abstract:
V této diplomové práci jsem se zaobírala syntézou porfyrinového konjugátu žlučové kyseliny. Původním plánem bylo spojit porfyrinový nosič s derivátem žlučové kyseliny přes amidovou vazbu, ale vzhledem k nedosažitelnosti porfyrinu s aminoskupinou na fenylovém zbytku jsem se přiklonila ke snadněji proveditelné esterové vazbě. Abstract:
I dealt with synthesis of porphyrin-bile acid-conjugate in this thesis. The original plan was to combine a porphyrin carrier with a derivate of bile acid via an amide linkage, but I tended to more easily obtainable ester linkage because of unattainability of porphyrin with aminogroup on the phenyl residue.
