Abstract:

Cílem této práce je popsat a uvést základní informace o založení a provozu živnostenského podnikání. Součástí práce je popis vzniku a také zrušení živnostenského oprávnění. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy dané problematiky, druhy podmínek pro založení živnosti, druhy živností, důvody k ukončení živnosti a základní informace o živnostenské kontrole. Praktická část obsahuje popis obecného postupu, dle kterého by měla daná osoba postupovat, pokud se chce stát živnostníkem. Součástí praktické části jsou také důležité skutečnosti, na které živnostník nesmí zapomínat při provozu své činnosti. V práci je také zmíněna současná problematika velmi častého rušení živnostenského oprávnění. Práce obsahuje tabulky pro lepší nastínění tématu.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to describe and provide basic information on the establishment and operation of a sole proprietorship. The work includes a description of the establishment and also the cancellation of a trade license. This bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of the subject, types of conditions for establishing a trade, types of trades, reasons for termination of a trade and basic information on trade control. The practical part contains a description of the general procedure a person should follow if he/she wants to become a sole trader. The practical part also includes important facts that a sole trader must not forget when running his/her business. The current issue of the very frequent revocation of trade licenses is also mentioned in the work. The work contains tables to better outline the topic.
