Tématem této diplomové práce je porovnání účinků konkursu a reorganizace. V roce 2008 nabyl účinnosti nový insolvenční zákon, který měl usnadnit reorganizaci podniků tj. zachování jejich provozu se stejným nebo podobným výrobním programem, či rozsahem nabízených služeb. Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is to compare the effects of bankruptcy and reorganization. In 2008, the new Insolvency Act come in force, which should facilitate the reorganization of companies i.e., maintaining their operation with the same or similar production program, or range of offered services.
