Tato diplomová práce se zabývá závazky z inominátních smluv, konkrétně problematikou přípustnosti analogie k vyplnění smluvních mezer. This diploma thesis deals with the appropriate use of analogy, to fill gaps in innominate contracts. The introductory part is devoted to defining innominate and mixed contracts, and their differentiation. The core work of the thesis is a detailed analysis of analogy in the context of contract law.
