Emergency in the transport of mail by a logistics company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice mimořádné události při přepravě logistickou společností. V teoretické části diplomové práce je vymezena legislativa a základní pojmy související s tématem. Dále se diplomová práce zaměřuje na státní podnik Česká pošta s.p. Je zde popsaná historie pošty na českém území až po současnou situaci se zaměřením na probíhající velkou transformaci České pošty. V návaznosti na mimořádnou událost je v diplomové práci popsáno zajištění zásilky ze stany České pošty, integrovaného záchranného systému či zahraniční zkušenosti. V praktické části je provedena analýza bezpečnostních postupů zaměstnanců České pošty v komparaci s analýzou bezpečnostních postupů zaměstnanců soukromé společnosti Zásilkovna. Závěr práce se skládá z doporučení pro Českou poštu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the problem of an emergency event during transportation by a logistics company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the legislation and basic concepts related to the topic. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the state enterprise Česká pošta s.p. It describes the history of the post office on the Czech territory up to the current situation with a focus on the ongoing major transformation of the Czech Post. In relation to the emergency, the thesis describes the securing of a shipment from the Czech Post, the integrated rescue system or foreign experience. In the practical part, an analysis of the security procedures of the Czech Post employees is made in comparison with the analysis of the security procedures of the employees of the private company Zásilkovna. The conclusion of the thesis consists of recommendations for the Czech Post.
