Abstract:

Neustálé změny, ke kterým v dnešním světě dochází, zejména inovace v oblasti nových produktů a služeb, vyžadují, aby organizace přehodnotili způsob, jakým zacházejí se svými zaměstnanci. Dosahování cílů je základním prvkem obchodní činnosti, který je založen na rozmanitosti zdrojů organizace. Je zřejmé, že lidský kapitál je hlavním zdrojem, který přímo souvisí s dosahováním cílů organizace. Pracovní výkon zaměstnanců je proto považován za základní prvek osobního managementu a neméně důležitý při dosahování cílů organizace. Výkon zaměstnanců byl v personálním řízení přijímán jako funkce profesionálních schopností a dovedností, pracovního prostředí a motivační politiky. Mezi problematické oblasti v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů má zvláštní místo účinnost motivace zaměstnanců. Je určitou výzvou predikovat vliv motivace na spokojenost zaměstnanců a jejich další efektivitu ve společnosti. Ovšem, pokud je systém personálního řízení založen na nesprávném motivačním systému, může to mít negativní důsledky při dosahování cílů zaměstnance, oddělení a celé společnosti. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vztah mezi motivací, spokojeností a pracovním výkonem zaměstnanců. Jsou analyzovány důsledky negativní a pozitivní motivace a jejich dopad na spokojenost zaměstnanců. Zvláštní pozornost byla věnována jevům výkonnosti zaměstnanců, jejich měření a zlepšování výkonu. Pro potvrzení či vyvrácení stanovených hypotéz bude proveden kvalitativní výzkum pomocí rozhovorů se zaměstnanci vybraného podniku.

Abstract:

The constant changes occurring in the world today, especially innovation in new products and services call for the organization to reassess the manner in which they handle their employees. Achieving the goals is an essential element in the business operation, which based on the variety of the company's resource. Obviously, human capital is a major resource, which directly related to the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, employees` performance at work is considered an essential element in personal management and no less important in the achievement of organizational goals. Employee performance used to be accepted in personal management as a function of professional ability and skill, work environment, and motivational policy. Among the difficulties in human resource management, the special place sets the effectiveness of motivation of employees. It is hard to forecast the influence of motivation on employee`s satisfaction and their further effectiveness in the company. If the personnel management system is based on the wrong motivation system, it can lead to negative consequences in achieving the goals of the employee, department, and the whole company. This thesis will analyse the relationship between motivation, satisfaction, and performance of employees. The consequences of negative and positive motivation and their impact on employee satisfaction will be studied. Special attention has been given to the phenomena of employees` performance at work, its measurement and improvement of performance. For confirmation or rejection of proposed hypotheses, qualitative research will be carried out using interviews with employees, as a suitable method of collecting the needed detailed information.
