Úvod této diplomové práce je věnován základní charakteristice právní odpovědnosti, občanskoprávní odpovědnosti za škodu a jejich předpokladům. The beginning of this diploma thesis deals with a basic characterization of legal liability, civil liability for damage and requirements which are essentials for establishing the liability.
