Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá netradičními druhy exotického ovoce, jako je např. fej-choa, durian, rambutan apod. Je uveden původ jednotlivých druhů a jejich stručná charak-teristika. U vybraných druhů je uvedeno jejich chemické složení a samostatná kapitola je věnována využití tohoto ovoce v gastronomii. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with non-traditional types of exotic fruits, such as feijoa, durian, rambutan, etc. It describes the origin of individual species and their brief description. For selected species, chemical composition is mentioned and a separate chapter is devoted to the gastronomy use of this fruit.
