Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce podrobně analyzuje podnikatelský záměr společnosti Amphibian records, která plánuje vstoupit na český a zahraniční trh. V teoretické části je popsáno, jak je podnikatelský plán sestavován a jaký má pro podnik význam. Struktura je rozdělena do několika částí – analýza trhu, marketing (marketingový mix 4P), organizační plán, finanční plán, rizika a SWOT analýza. V praktické části jsou tato zjištění aplikována na společnost Amphibian records a je popsán finanční plán – zdroje kapitálu, počáteční výdaje, počáteční rozvaha a výsledovka s kladnými i zápornými výsledky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyses in detail the business plan of Amphibian records, which plans to enter the Czech and foreign markets. In the theoretical part it is described how the business plan is compiled and what is the meaning for the business. The structure is broken down into several parts - market analysis, marketing (marketing mix 4P), organizational plan, financial plan, risks and SWOT analysis. In the practical part these findings are applied to Amphibian records and the financial plan is described - sources of capital, startup expenses, opening day balance sheet and profit/loss statement with both positive and negative results.
