The Analysis of state budget expenditure items focusing on the Ústecký region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti částí, přičemž první část se zabývá definicí státního rozpočtu z pohledu odborné literatury. Druhá část vymezuje metody, využívané při sestavování územních rozpočtů. Třetí část práce se zabývá rozpočtem Ústeckého kraje, jeho sestavováním a schvalováním. Ve čtvrté části, se diplomová práce zaměřuje na strategie a priority Ústeckého kraje. V páté části je zpracována analýza výdajových položek z rozpočtu Ústeckého kraje mezi lety 2010 až 2017 a v závěru práce je uvedeno shrnutí a vztah mezi výdajovými položkami a prioritami Ústeckého kraje.

Abstract:

This thesis is divided into five parts, the first part deals with the definition of the state budget from the perspective of the professional literature. The second part defines the method which are used to compile the local budgets. The third part deals with the budget of the Usti Region, its preparation and approval. In the fourth part, the thesis focuses on strategy and priorities of the Usti Region. The fifth part is an analysis of expenditure items of the budget of the Usti Region between years 2010 and 2017 and the present work is a summary of a relationship between expenditure items and priorities of the Usti Region.
