A Cost Management Analysis of a Specific Company
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení řízení nákladů vybraného podniku na základě analýzy účetních výkazů a rozpočtů společnosti. Jednotlivé nákladové položky jsou rozebrány. Rozbor nákladů umožňuje navrhnout způsoby na zlepšení řízení nákladů ve společnosti. Výsledkem je shrnutí současné situace řízení nákladů, nastínění možností pro případné zlepšení a také možnost využití práce pro budoucí účely.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the cost management assesment of the specific company based on analysis of financial statements and budgets of the company. Individual cost items are analyzed. Cost analysis allows you to suggest ways how to improve the cost management in the company.
