Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce podává podrobné informace v oblasti personálního řízení se zaměřením na řízení lidských zdrojů v průběhu procesu restrukturalizace společnosti Saint-Gobain Isover CZ, s.r.o. Teoretickou část diplomové práce věnuje autorka z počátku klíčovým pojmům s restrukturalizací souvisejícím, následně se text práce ubírá směrem k samotnému tématu práce a je řešena problematika personálního řízení v časech restrukturalizačních změn. Praktická část práce seznamuje čtenáře již se samotnou společností Saint-Gobain Isover CZ, s.r.o. Diplomantka zde analyzuje proces personálního řízení realizovaného jak v běžném období, tak v období restrukturalizace společnosti a navrhuje opatření, jež podniku v budoucnu pomohou v pozitivním vývoji na trhu.

Abstract:

This thesis provides detailed information on the field of personnel management with a focus on human resource management in the process to restructuring Saint-Gobain Isover CZ, Ltd. The theoretical part of this thesis deals initially with key terms associated with restructuring. This work then focuses on the topic of this thesis and resolves problems of personnel management during the restructuring process. The practical part of this thesis acquaints the readers with the company of Saint-Gobain Isover CZ, Ltd. itself. The author analyzes the process of personnel management as implemented in the current period, and in the period of restructuring, and proposes measures that help the company to achieve positive market development in the future.
