Opening of a new service: Fitness and Wellness Centrum

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce je otvorenie novej prevádzky: fitness a wellness centrum. Špecializuje sa na konkrétny projekt, ktorý je súčasťou rozvojových aktivít obce Kúty. Práca sa skladá z teoretickej a praktickej časti. Teoretická časť obsahuje potrebné znalosti, ktoré slúžia ako podklad pre vypracovanie podnikateľského plánu. Vysvetľujú sa základné pojmy z oblasti podnikania, právne formy podnikania, analýzy podnikového prostredia a štruktúra podnikateľského a finančného plánu. Praktická časť je rozdelená na analytickú a projektovú. Analytická časť popisuje prieskum formou dotazníka, na základe ktorého sa vykonala PEST analýza, Porterov model piatich síl, analýza formou modelu Lean canvas a SWOT analýza. Na základe poznatkov z teoretickej a analytickej časti bola vytvorená projektová časť, ktorá obsahuje informácie o projekte, finančný plán a zhodnotenie projektu. Projektová časť je zakončená časovou a rizikovou analýzou a odporúčaniami pre danú spoločnosť.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is opening of a new service: fitness and wellness centre. It specializes in a specific project, which is part of the development action plan of the municipality of Kúty. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the necessary and important expertise, which serves as a basis for developing a business plan. It explains the basic concepts of business, legal forms of business, analysis of the business environment and the structure of the business and financial plan. The practical part is divided into analytical and project. The analytical part consists of a survey in the form of a questionnaire and analysis of currently provided services in the market in the field of fitness and wellness. The pest analysis, Porter's five-force model, analysis in the form of the Lean canvas model and swot analysis were also used. Based on the knowledge from the theoretical and analytical part, a project part was created. The project part contains information about the project, financial plan and evaluation. The conclusion of the project part is written in the form of a time and risk analysis and recommendations for the company.
