Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení stavu získávání úvěrů v ČR. Práce porovnává základní rozdíly mezi občanskými a podnikatelskými úvěry, podmínkami jejich získání a alternativními možnostmi financování. Praktická část je zaměřena na vytvoření fiktivního úvěru a srovnání s nabídkou na trhu. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the status of getting credit and loans in the Czech Republic. The thesis compares the fundamental differences between civil and business loans, the conditions of their acquisition and the alternative financing options.
