Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem pohybu u jednobuněčných parazitů – kryptosporidií (Apicomplexa). Teoretická část shrnuje základní informace o kryptosporidiích, vysvětluje mechanismus pohybu výtrusovců a působení chemických látek ovlivňujících cytoskelet. Abstract:
This thesis is dedicated to a study of motion of unicellular parasites – cryptosporidia (Apicomplexa). The theoretical part summarizes basic information about cryptosporidia, explains the mechanism of apicomplexan movement and chemical drugs affecting cytoskeleton.
