Abstract:

Text bakalářská práce popisuje historická fakta, události a okolnosti, které měly zásadní vliv na vznik Československa a jeho dalším osudu v bouřlivém 20. století. Klíčovou úlohu zde sehrál prezident Edvard Beneš, na němž ležela tíha rozhodnutí v nejtěžších dobách historie mladého státu. Středem zájmu jsou dekrety prezidenta republiky, které byly vydávány a realizovány během válečného konfliktu, 2. světové války a těsně po válce. Dekrety prezidenta republiky jsou spojeny s otázkou obnovy československého státu v předmnichovských hranicích a s mimořádnou situací, do které se stát dostal po podepsání mnichovské dohody evropskými velmocemi. Na druhé straně jsou právním zajištěním obnovy a změny hospodářského, sociálního a politického systému v Československu bezprostředně po ukončení války. Předpokladem vzniku Benešových dekretů byly zejména vztahy mezi Čechy a Němci v Čechách za Rakouska a Rakousko-Uherska a posléze vztahy Čechů a Němců v ČSR v letech 1918 až 1939 a v době okupace. Dalšímu vývoji vzájemných česko-německých vztahů se věnuje tato práce.

Abstract:

The text of the bachelor paper describes historical facts, events and circumstances of principal impact on constitution of Czechoslovakia and its further destiny in the stormy 20th century. During this era, Mr President Edvard Beneš played an important role and had to decide at the difficult moments of the history of young state. The edicts of the president of the republic were in the centre of the interest, issued and implemented during the World War II and immediately thereafter. The edicts of the president of the republic are associated with the matter of recovery of the Czechoslovakian state in the pre-Munich borders and the extraordinary situation the country was following signing of the Munich treaty by the European powers. On the other hand, they are a legal security of recovery and change to economic, social, and political system in the Czechoslovakia immediately after the World War II. The assumption for formation of the Beneš’s edicts was particularly the relationships between Czechs and Germans in Bohemia during Austria era and Austria-Hungary and then the relationships between Czechs and Germans in the Czechoslovakian Republic from 1918 to 1939 and during the occupation era. This bachelor paper goes in for following development of mutual Czech and German relationships
