Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na modernizaci svařovací dílny ve společnosti Pars nova, a.s. se sídlem v Šumperku. V teoretické části je formou literární rešerše vysvětlena problematika uspořádání pracoviště a různých metod řízení výroby. Abstract:
This diploma work is focused on the renovation of a welding workroom in Pars nova, a.s. in Šumperk. The work is divided into 3 parts: theoretical part, analytic part and project part. The theoretical part deals with layout and job management. The analytic part handles with a recent layout of a welding workroom and with problems revealed in this manufactory.
