Legal Aspects of Hacking and Hacktivism

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o právních aspektech hackingu a hacktivismu. Obsahuje rozbor faktorů, které je definují a přesněji vymezují. Jelikož s tímto problémem souvisí i bezpečnost a zabezpečení sítí, proto je v práci uvedena podkapitola o Evropském právu a zabezpečení počítačových sítí, které mají zajistit určitý minimální standard softwarového zabezpečení. V další části následuje rozbor a vymezení klíčových elementů týkajících se jednání mající znaky hackingu a hacktivismu, přičemž poslední dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány partikulárním právním otázkám týkajících se tomuto vymezení.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with legal aspects of hacking and hactvisism. This thesis contains analysis of factors which closer determined these terms. Since with this problem has related security and protection of computer network systems, this thesis also includes subhead about European legislative and security of computer network systems. This legislative has to guarantee a minimum standard level of security. Analysis and definition is included into next part of this thesis. This part is also connected with the last two chapters about partikular legal question concerning this problem.
