Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh a řízení změn interních logistických procesů výrobního podniku. Cílem je zhodnocení efektivity aplikovaných změn a vytvoření inovačního procesu, včetně vyhodnocení jeho finálního užitku pro společnost jako celek. Teoretická část je zaměřená na definování klíčových pojmů a vývoj inovací a logistiky.
Abstract:
The object of the bachelor thesis is the design and management of changes in the internal logistics processes of the Manufacturing company. The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of the applied changes and to create an innovation proces, including research of its final benefit to whole company. The theoretical part is focused on defining key terms and evolution of innovations and logistics.
