Alternate care as a way of post-divorce child care

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku střídavé péče. Teoretická část popíše funkčnost rodiny a její výchovné styly. Dále bude popsán průběh opatrovnického řízení, kde bude nutné proniknout do možných forem porozvodové péče o děti. Praktická část se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu, jehož předmětem bude analýza rozhovorů s rodiči a se sociálními pracovníky. Pro lepší pochopení této problematiky byla empirická část diplomové práce zaměřena na výzkumné šetření, které proběhlo prostřednictvím hlubšího ponoření do problematiky střídavé péče. Praktická část práce slouží jako proniknutí do hloubkového zkoumání pěti rodin praktikujících střídavou péči, které jsou vedeny na oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v Ústí nad Labem. K vyhodnocení výzkumu bude použito otevřené kódování, které prohloubíme do axiálního kódování.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the issue of shared custody. The theoretical part describes the functionality of the family and its educational styles. There will be described progress guardianship process, where it will be necessary to break into possible forms of post-divorce child care. The practical part is devoted to qualitative research, which will be the subject of analysis of interviews with parents and social workers. For a better understanding of this issue was the empirical part of the dissertation focuses on the research which was carried out through a deeper immersion into the issue of shared custody. Practical work serves as the penetration depth investigation into five families practicing joint custody, which led to the separation of child protection in Usti nad Labem. To evaluate the research will be used open coding, which deepen into axial coding.
