Position and authorities of the president of Republic

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je „Postavení a pravomoci prezidenta republiky“. V první kapitole je poskytnut náhled na postupný historický vývoj postavení a pravomocí prezidenta. V druhé kapitole se zabývá podrobným popisem postavení prezidenta republiky a jeho současnými pravomocemi. Tyto pravomoci jsou rozděleny na pravomoci kontrasignované a nekontrasignované, které jsou rozděleny vůči vládě, parlamentu a soudní moci. Dále jsou zde porovnány pravomoci minulých prezidentů se současným. Také je zde ustanovování hlavy státu a zmínka o přímé volbě. Ve třetí části jsou rozepsány pravomoci prezidenta Francie a jeho volba. Historií Francie jsem se v tomto případě nezabývala. Ve čtvrté a poslední kapitole je provedeno porovnání pravomocí prezidenta České republiky a prezidenta Francie.

Abstract:

The topic of this work is the position and authorities of the president of the Republic. In the first chapter is looking at the history of development of position and authorities of president. The second chapter of this work deals with detailed description of president position of republic and his present authorities. The authorities of president are divided at the authorities with adding the signature of the premier or relevant member of government and the authorities without signature are divided toward the government, the parliament and courts. Further text includes the present authorities compared with historical authorities, appointment of the president and direct election of the president. The third chapter is about the authorities of the president of France and his election. In the fourth and last chapter is a comparison the authorities of the president of Czech Republic and the authorities of the president of France.
