Harmonisation of Czech Legislation with EU Public Procurement
Abstract:
Obsahem diplomové práce je identifikace změn v rámci procesu kontraktace realizačních smluv uzavíraných v rámci veřejných zakázek v oblasti obrany nebo bezpečnosti v kontextu přijetí Směrnice 2014/24/EU a transponované Směrnice 2009/81/ES a související začlenění v systematice vnitrostátního práva.
Abstract:
This thesis contains identification of changes in process of contracting performance contracts which are concluded within public procurement in the fields of defence or security, in context of adoption of the Directive 2014/24/EU and transposed Directive 2009/81/EC and related incorporation in national law systematics.
