Innovation of education for retraining course field of hairdresser.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá obsahem vzdělávání rekvalifikačních kurzů v oboru kadeřník v České republice. Součástí práce je vysvětlení pojmů týkajících se vzdělávání. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výzkum skutečného obsahu vzdělávání rekvalifikačních a tím, co se domnívají studenti oboru kadeřník, jejich učitelé a profesionální kadeřnice, že by kadeřnice měly umět a znát. Závěr práce obsahuje návrh obsahu vzdělávání v oboru kadeřník při rekvalifikačních kurzech, zhodnocení práce a doporučení pro další využití získaných informací.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the content of retraining courses in the educational field of Hairdresser in the Czech Republic. Part of this work is the explanation of terms relating to education. The practical part is focused on research, connected with the real content of retraining education and with things or ideas, what hairdresser students, their teachers and professional hair stylists think about the knowledge what every hairdresser should be able to know. The thesis concludes in presenting the concept of the curriculum in the educational discipline of hairdresser in retraining courses, job evaluation and recommendations for further use of the information obtained.
