Corporate Social Responsibility and its importance for economic development

Abstract:

As enterprising is nowadays considered to be an activity orientated on reaching benefit, i tis important to realize that enterprising activity is connected with responsibiity of subjects towards their employees, state economy and environment. In our bachelor thesis socially responsible enterprising is analysed. In the teoretical part basic terms sucha s enterprising, enterpreneur and socially responsible enterprising are defined. Than it analyses teoretical knowledge about responsible enterprising, principles of responsible enterprising and it also dedicates to the most famous world movements of socially responsible organization. In the practical part of the thesis an analysis is made which is based on questionnaire research carried out by addressed enterprising subjects. The aim of analysis is to refer to contemporary condition of responsible enterprising, to behaviour of enterprising subjects in te social, economical and enviromental area. At the end of the thesis there are some recommendations for the practice.

Abstract:

Keďže podnikanie je v súčasnosti považované za činnosť smerujúcu hlavne k dosahovaniu zisku, je potrebné uvedomiť si, že s podnikateľskou činnosťou sa spája aj istá zodpovednosť subjektov voči svojim zamestnancom, ekonomike štátu či životnému prostrediu. V bakalárskej práci sa preto rozoberá spoločenská zodpovednosť podnikania. V teoretickej časti práce sú definované základné pojmy ako je podnikanie podnikateľ a spoločensko zodpovedné podnikanie. Ďalej rozoberá teoretické znalosti o zodpovednom podnikaní, zásady zodpovedného podnikania a tiež spomína najznámejšie svetové hnutia spoločensky zodpovedných firiem. V praktickej časti práce je vykonaná analýza, ktorej východiskom je dotazníkový prieskum realizovaný za účasti oslovených podnikateľských subjektov. Cieľom analýzy je poukázať na súčasný stav zodpovedného podnikania, na správanie podnikateľských subjektov z hľadiska oblastí sociálnej, ekonomickej a environmentálnej. V závere práce sú odporúčania pre prax.
