Active striker and soft targets

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ohrožení měkkých cílů aktivním útočníkem neboli střelcem. V první části práce jsou vymezeny důležité pojmy, které se vážou k tomuto tématu. V další části práce je popsána typologie útočníků, dle které je možné obecně určit motivy k páchání těchto činů. Ve třetí části jsou uvedeny faktory, jejichž vlivem může dojít ke vzniku potencionálního aktivního útočníka. Následující část se zabývá některými historickými útoky a osobnostmi, jež je spáchaly. Předposlední část teorie obsahuje definice bezpečnostních systémů používaných ve školách v oblasti této problematiky. Dále jsou v práci zmíněny kvantitativní výsledky kontroly bezpečnosti českých škol. V průzkumné části je uvedena realizace kvalitativního průzkumu prostřednictvím rozhovoru na odloučeném pracovišti Střední odborné školy ve Frýdku-Místku, jehož účelem je zjistit úroveň stavu zabezpečení budovy školy a znalost žáků a pedagogů v otázce základních pravidel pro případ ohrožení takovým útokem. Cíl: -Zjistit úroveň zabezpečení a znalost žáků a pedagogů v dané problematice -Vytvořit příručku

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of soft target threat by an active striker or shooter. The first part of the thesis defines important concepts related to this topic. In the next part of the thesis, the typology of attackers is described, according to which it is possible to determine the motives for committing these acts in general. In the third part, the factors that can lead to the emergence of a potential active striker are presented. The following section discusses some historical attacks and the personalities who perpetrated them. The penultimate part of the theory contains definitions of the security systems used in schools in this area. Furthermore, the quantitative results of security control of Czech schools are mentioned in the thesis. The exploratory part presents the implementation of a qualitative research through an interview at a remote workplace of the Secondary Vocational School in Frýdek-Místek, the purpose of which is to determine the level of the state of security of the school building and the knowledge of students and teachers regarding the basic rules in case of a threat of such an attack. Target: -To determine the level of security and knowledge of pupils and teachers on the subject -Create a handbook
