Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci procesů hlášení kybernetických bezpečnostních incidentů v kontextu transpozice evropské směrnice NIS2 do českého právního řádu (zákon č. 264/2025 Sb.). Práce analyzuje specifické požadavky na subjekty v obranném sektoru, které jsou klasifikovány jako poskytovatelé regulovaných služeb v režimu vyšších povinností. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on optimizing cybersecurity incident reporting processes in the context of the NIS2 directive transposition into Czech law. It analyzes specific requirements for the defense sector, classified under the higher obligation regime. The goal is to identify barriers to meeting reporting deadlines (24h/72h) and propose a solution for corporate holdings.
