Abstract:
Rozvoj infekce představuje častou a život ohrožující komplikaci léčby imunokompromitovaných pacientů. Pro zvládnutí onemocnění je zásadní rychlá a citlivá diagnostika a časné zahájení adekvátní terapie. Infections constitute a frequent and life-threatening complication of treatment in immunocompromised patients. Prompt and sensitive laboratory diagnosis and early initiation of appropriate therapy is essential for favourable patient outcome.
