Svoboda vůle v neurovědách

Free Will in Neuroscience
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje reflexi a analýze neurovědeckého přístupu k problematice svobody vůle. Dílčím cílem práce je rovněž kriticky zhodnotit přínos neurověd k vybraným otázkám, jakož i dopad na každodenní život člověka v oblastech trestního práva a soudnictví s ohledem na morální odpovědnost, respektive její absenci.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the reflection and analysis of the neuroscientific approach to the issue of free will. A partial goal of the work is also critically evaluate the benefit of neuroscience approach to selected issues, as well as the impact on everyday human life in the fields of criminal law and judiciary with respect to moral responsibility, or its absence.
