Abstract:
Bakalárska práca analyzuje starostlivosť o zamestnancov vo firme INVENTI. Cieľom je zhodnotiť a identifikovať možné problémy a následne navrhnúť vhodné riešenia. Teoretická časť obsahuje informácie z odbornej literatúry z oblasti ľudských zdrojov. Praktická časť je zameraná na firmu INVENTI.
