Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku místa hlavních zájmů dlužníka (COMI) a jeho úpravu v nařízení Rady č. 1346/2000 o úpadkovém řízení. Věnuje se nejprve základnímu kontextu mezinárodního insolvenčního práva a dále zásadním bodům úpravy pojmů COMI a provozovna, jako klíčů k určení mezinárodní příslušnosti k zahájení hlavního, resp. vedlejšího, insolvenčního řízení.
