Abstract:
Práce pojednává o problematice podnikové kultury v mnoha aspektech. Zaměřuje se na podnikovou kulturu cestovní agentury Martin Tour, s.r.o. Podnikovou kulturou analyzuje a komparuje s paradigmaty správně fungující podnikové kultury. The work deals with the issue of corporate culture at various aspects. It focuses on corporate culture of travel agency Martin Tour ltd. It analyses the corporate culture and compares it with paradigms of properly functioning corporate culture.
