Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá svobodným principy řízení firem. V teoretické části jsou na základě dostupné literatury podrobněji prozkoumány jednotlivé aspekty, jimiž se svobodné firmy liší od běžných. V praktické části jsou pak tyto poznatky porovnávány s výsledky výzkumu ve svobodných firmách. The bachelor thesis deals with free principles of company management. In the theoretical part, the individual aspects of free companies differing from the common ones are examined in more detail on the basis of the available literature.
