Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem „Problematika zaměstnávání žen z pohledu personalisty, firmy a nezaměstnané ženy", které je stále aktuální a s kterým se potýkají nejen jednotlivci či rodiny, ale celá společnost. Je zde kladen důraz na seznámení čtenáře s různými konsekvencemi, které problematiku zaměstnanosti žen provází a také pohledy jednotlivých aktérů na trhu práce. Cílem této práce je problematiku zaměstnanosti žen popsat a zanalyzovat. Tato diplomová práce definuje vlivy, které problematiku zaměstnanosti žen ovlivňují, a potvrzuje hypotézu, že důvodem vzniku problematiky zaměstnanosti žen je tradiční role ženy v rodině, a že důsledkem mateřství žen vzniká ze stran firem neochota ženy zaměstnávat. Rešerší odborné literatury a právní úpravy týkající se zaměstnanosti žen vyplývá ucelený pohled na tuto problematiku v teoretické rovině. Aplikační část této diplomové práce se věnuje nastudování a analýze statistických vyjádření a také sociologickému šetření zvolenou kvalitativní metodou hloubkových rozhovorů. Z vyhodnocení zjištěných údajů vyplývají závěrem této práce doporučení a návrhy řešení, která by mohla být této problematice prospěšná. Stát by neměl zasahovat přímo do trhu práce nařizováním kvót, ale spíše odstraňovat nespravedlnosti vzniklé přirozenou nabídkou a poptávkou, motivovat zaměstnavatele zvýhodněním zkrácených úvazků a šířit celospolečenskou osvětu. Rovněž samotné ženy by se měly zbavit předsudků a své kvality umět na pracovním trhu nabídnout.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with “The Issue of Women´s Employment from the Perspective of Human Resource Specialist, Company and Unemployed Woman” as it is a relevant problem that individuals or families as well as the entire society still struggle with. The thesis puts emphasis on informing the reader of various consequences that go along with the issue of employment of women, as well as of the views of the individual participants on the labour market. The objective of the thesis is to describe and analyse the issue of employment of women. The diploma thesis defines the influences that affect the employment of women and confirms the hypothesis that the issue of employment of women is caused by the traditional role of a woman in the family and that companies are often unwilling to employ women due to motherhood. The background research of professional literature and the legal regulations concerning the employment of women provides a coherent view of this issue at a theoretical level. The application part of the thesis is devoted to studying and analysing statistical statements as well as to a sociological survey using the qualitative method of depth interviews. The evaluation of the data found is the basis for recommendations and proposals of solution that could be useful in this matter. The government should not intervene in the labour market by imposing quotas; they should focus on eliminating injustices created by natural offer and demand, on motivating employers by making part-time schedules advantageous and on educating the public. Also, women themselves need to avoid prejudices and learn how to offer their qualities on the labour market.
