V bakalárskej práce sa zaoberáme problematikou špecializovaného bankovníctva. Cieľom je analyzovanie špecializovaného bankovníctva a jeho postavenie na finančnom trhu v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. V prvej časti práce sa zaoberáme všeobecnému definovaniu bankovníctva a finančného trhu.
