Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování finančního plánu automobilové skupiny Louwman Czech. Důraz bude kladený na získání skutečných finančních výsledků a posouzení skutečného stavu podniku. Získaná data a vstupy jednotlivých oddělení a provozoven poslouží jako východisko zpracování strategie a cílů, které podvedou k požadovanému výsledku, tj. vypracování finančního plánu společnosti.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the creation of the financial plan for the automotive Louwman Czech Group. The main focus will be put on the gathering of a real financial results and evaluation of the company financial health.
