Abstract:

Předkládaná magisterská diplomová práce se věnuje cechovním otázkám v Habsburské monarchii v 18. století. Na příkladu jednotlivých členů kroměřížškého pekařského cechu práce poukazuje na situaci cechovních řemeslníků zejména v druhé polovině 18. století. Tato situace byla v odborné literatuře dlouho považována za neutěšenou. Cechovní problematika je v první části práce sledována z pohledu širší hospodářské politiky habsburského státu, stejně jako z obecnějších myšlenek kameralismu, z nichž tato politika mnohdy vycházela. V druhé části práce je vlastní výzkum na poli kroměřížského pekařského cechu zahrnut do specifik Kroměříže vyplývajících z rezidenčního charakteru tohoto města.

Abstract:

The presented thesis describes the topic of craft guilds in the Habsburg's monarchy in the 18th century. On the example of baker's guild individual members from the town of Kroměříž the thesis aims to illustrate the living situation of craftsmen mainly in the 2nd half of the 18th century. This situation was described as "not good" for a long time by historians. In the first part of the work, the guild system is depicted in the context of a broader habsburg's economic policies and cameralistic ideas, from which was actual state politics often derived. In the second part of the thesis, the research among the bakers of Kroměříž is put in the perspective of the specific standing of the Kroměříž as the residential town.
