A care for a woman at the puerperium department

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje edukační činnosti porodní asistentky na oddělení šestinedělí. Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První, teoretická část, popisuje šestinedělí a jeho změny ze stránky fyziologické a psychologické. Zabývá se ošetřovatelskou péčí o ženu na oddělení šestinedělí, výživou, kojením, cvičením v šestinedělí. Dále úlohou porodní asistentky při propuštění ženy z porodnice a poukazuje na patologické šestinedělí. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit úroveň znalostí prvorodiček o období šestinedělí, které by měly porodní asistentky poskytnout. Záměrem dotazníkového šetření je zjistit průnik mezi získanými znalostmi prvorodiček, zda vůbec byly ženy edukovány o daných tématech a pokud ano, tak kým a v jakém rozsahu. Druhá, praktická část, představuje výsledky výzkumu, který ukazuje míru dosažených znalostí prvorodiček o režimu šestinedělí na školní bodové stupnici.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis deals with educational activities of birth assistants at the puerperium department. It is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical and describes the puerperium and its changes from a physical and psychological point of view. It focuses on nursing care of women at the puerperium department, nutrition, breasts-feeding, exercising, role of the birth assistant by dismissals from the hospital and it also points out the pathological puerperium. The main goal of this thesis is to find out the level of knowledge of primiparas regarding the puerperium, which should be provided to them by birth assistants. The purpose of the questionnaire is to find out the gained knowledge of primiparas, whether they were educated about the given topics and if yes, then who informed them and what is the extent of their knowledge. The second, practical part comes up with the results of the research, which reveals the primiparas gained knowledge degree regarding the puerperium regime, evaluated on the scholar point of scale system.
