Abstract:
První člen MAGE (Melanoma-associated antigen) rodiny byl objeven jako povrchový antigen lidských melanomových buněk. Podle sekvenční homologie a exprese dělíme MAGE proteiny do dvou tříd. Proteiny I.třídy jsou exprimovány v mužských zárodečných buňkách a v rakovinných buňkách, což naznačuje jejich možné využití v imunoterapii. Abstract:
The first member of the MAGE (Melanoma-associated antigen) family was discovered as a cell surface antigen of human melanoma cells. The MAGE family of proteins is dividend into two classes based on their sequence homology and expression pattern.
