Interrogation

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je podrobně popsat průběh výslechu z kriminalistického hlediska pro laickou veřejnost i začínající policisty. Práce pojímá výslech od jeho základů v minulosti až po současnost. Dále přibližuje a popisuje psychologii výslechu, metody, přípravu, jeho stádia, legislativu, výslechové místnosti a rozdílnost vedení výslechu u jednotlivých vyslýchaných osob. Praktická část této práce je podrobně zaměřena na výslech zvlášť zranitelných svědků, konkrétně dětí, a na rozdíly ve vedení výslechu dítěte a dospělé osoby.

Abstract:

The thesis objective is to describe the process of an interrogation (questioning) from forensic point of view to non-professional public and for the police officers who have just started their law enforcement careers. This work approaches an interrogation from its early times to the present days. Furthermore, it describes interrogation psychology, methods, stages, legislation, interrogation rooms and differences of an interrogation based on subject diversity. The practical part of this thesis is focused in detail on questioning vulnerable witnesses, specifically children and on differences between the questioning of a child and an adult.
