Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými proteázami, které se mohou účastnit procesu metastázování nádorů. Jedná se zejména o proteázy štěpící přímo extracelulární matrix, jako jsou např. matrix metaloproteázy, ale také o proteiny ovlivňující metastatickou kaskádu nepřímo, jako je urokinázový aktivátor plazminogenu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with selected proteases that can assist in the process of tumor metastasis. The thesis is focused mainly on the proteases that cleave the extracellular matrix such as matrix metalloproteinases, but also proteins that affect the metastatic cascade indirectly, such as urokinase plasminogen activator.
