Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tematice oranžových a naturálních vín. Teoretická část se soustředila na shromáždění a zpracování základních principů výroby těchto vín. Dále byla zaměřena na historické údaje týkající se výroby oranžových a naturálních vín. This bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of orange and natural wines. The aim of the first part is collected and processed the basic principles of production of these wines. It also concentrates historical data on orange and natural wine production.
